Those who know me even vaguely know that I am always smiling and positive. Those who know me a little better know that I am energetic, creative and a perfectionist. But absolutely everyone knows that I love my job and everything about it!
It took me a long time to realize that being a presenter and DJ was my calling, even though the signals for it were generally always there. My love for music goes back to my childhood years. As a boy growing up in the 90's, I spent days, sometimes whole nights, standing in front of the radio cassette player and selecting songs to record on cassette tapes. The same was true for the cable TV-video combination. Most of the money I saved, somehow, went on blank videotapes, which I turned into a diligent hit selection month after month. So little by little my collection became quite impressive. Well...the years changed and we moved on to CDs, MP3s, flash drives, etc., but my passion for music and my hobby of selection continued. And now, of course, carried over to the professional level.
In parallel, since my school years I was often chosen to be a presenter at various competitions, celebrations, etc. In fact, in most cases I expressed my desire myself, because I was one of the few people (not to say the only one) who did not panic or dread at the mere thought of having to speak in front of a large audience. On the contrary, I enjoyed it and always added something of myself, outside of the often boring scripts.
However, I never thought that this should be my profession. I only realized it in 2016 when I started working at Party DJ's, supposedly just to help out. However, the very first wedding I attended, I knew I wanted to be a professional DJ. The sheer magic of the event, the smiles on everyone's faces and the thought that I could make people happy with my work grabbed me instantly. As someone who always strives to be among the best at what she does, I wanted to quickly learn the details of the profession so that I could almost immediately start offering uncompromising quality. 2017 was also my first wedding season. I'll never forget my first solo wedding I conducted. I felt gorgeous after it was over! I quickly realised how important it is to treat every couple individually, but at the same time equally, namely with a smile and a friendly attitude, which was not difficult for me to achieve at all, simply because I am that kind of person anyway. :) In order to reach my current level, of course I had to gain experience, but I also made a lot of effort myself. My constant drive to improve has helped me in building my own style, fitting beautifully with most couples dreaming of a memorable, modern wedding. Certainly to become who I am now, I have had a lot of help from my now former colleagues at Party DJ's, who I will always be grateful to! In 2022 I made the decision to separate from the company. To date, I have my own team, a lot of enthusiasm, desire and strive for only one thing: through my work, to be responsible for making many dreams come true!
