The wedding ceremony is one of the most important, beautiful and emotional moments of the wedding day. It is the moment when the couple officially becomes a family in front of the eyes, smiles and applause of their closest people. And for everything to be truly perfect as an experience, the ceremony sound service needs to be quality and professionally executed. For this purpose, a separate sound system is positioned as close as possible to the venue where the ceremony takes place, completely independent of the one provided for the wedding party. In practice, this technique is used to sound the so called. "welcome drink", the ceremony itself and the cocktail afterwards. All the time, to put it in jargon, "behind the console" are me or my assistant, to be able to guarantee the quality of the service. And here's what it actually involves:

The "Co-host" service is suitable for cases where the ceremony is official, i.e. conducted by a person of civil status. The ceremony itself takes place as in a ritual hall,with two main advantages. Firstly, that it takes place in a venue chosen by the bride and groom, and secondly, that it gives us the opportunity, at least in the beginning, to 'shake things up' a little and make the ceremony a bit more individual to the couple. And here's how it works:

  • Assistance with the organisation immediately prior to the start of the ceremony.
  • Announcement inviting guests to proceed to the ceremony site.
  • Opening Speech.
  • Personal introduction of the "main characters" and their welcome at the ceremony (according to the order and manner specified with the newlyweds at the preliminary meetings).
  • Opportunity to choose an individual song to play on the way to the altar for each person represented.
  • Announcement to the guests after the ceremony to congratulate the newlyweds.

* The sound system is suitable for wedding events with up to 200 guests. For larger number of guests or due to the specificity of the hall/location an individual offer will be prepared upon request from the bride and groom.

At the beginning of the evening, the lighting is there to highlight the uniqueness of the wedding decor and make the hall look even more beautiful. And when it's time to party, the presence of lighting creates a unique dance atmosphere and further predisposes guests to indulge in the party. It also gives the photographer and videographer the opportunity for much more interesting shots, which is not at all to be overlooked. To begin with, I think the place of the wedding host should be in front, in front of the people, not behind the console. That way he can, with his presence, influence the guests' emotions much more positively, contribute more to the good mood during the whole evening and be the intense key figure he is supposed to be.
