For every couple, their wedding is undoubtedly the event of the year, always awaited with great trepidation and excitement. For me, however, the event of the year is any event for which the newlyweds have chosen me. In order to justify their trust, I approach the details with the utmost care and precision. With a smile and a friendly attitude, I do my best to get to know each couple and tap into their essence to best understand exactly what they need. And because all people are different, I know the importance of building a personalized wedding day concept. This enables their event to truly be held in the spirit, style and manner they envision. Certainly those who insist on their wedding party being fun and memorable prevail. As one of my favourite couples whose event I was lucky enough to officiate says, "The mood is probably the most important thing in a wedding"! And actually, when it comes to making a modern wedding happen, I have to say they're right. An event like this deserves an unforgettable experience, from start to finish. As the DJ and emcee of the wedding, I am expected to be its heart and soul. Therefore, my aim has always been to create a unique wedding atmosphere right from the moment the bride and groom are welcomed into the venue/location. And when everything has started properly, it can only be a prerequisite that the evening will be great! For it to be truly so, the work behind the decks is also very important. For me, it is of utmost importance to go into every event with a pre-prepared playlist tailored to the wishes of the bride and groom.
I believe that good wedding preparation is actually 60 - 70% of the total commitment of a wedding DJ. I'm a fan of the idea of having a variety of popular music at the party, and I think that's one of the main keys to having a great party. Of course a wedding is not all about the party. There are important, formal events like the first wedding dance, speeches and the cake cutting. Moments that I approach with the utmost care and perfection. To make sure everything runs smoothly and is executed professionally, I do not compromise on the quality of the sound and lighting equipment I use. And to really complete the picture, at every event I use the services of an assistant DJ who is a great help to me before, during and after the event.
